☆ FAQ PAGE ☆

Hello! I'm very new to running an online store, so please bear with me as I experiment & learn about best practices... and feel free to message me with any tips!! Thanks!

 

☆ ORDER INFO

- What does [PRE ORDERS] mean?

Pre-orders are for items that haven't been made yet, to figure out how many people want the item(s) so I can order the appropriate amount! Shipping times of pre-order items may vary depending on the length of the pre-order period & production times.

- Can I modify/cancel my order?

If your order hasn't already been shipped, you can send me an email if:

- You want to add something to your order without being charged shipping twice.

- You'd like to edit your delivery address.

- You wish to cancel your order before it's shipped. *NOTE: Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase.

- How do I know if my order has been received/shipped?

I believe an email should go out to you that your order has been placed, and you should also receive an email when I ship it out. Again, I'm learning, so let me know if you have any issues or need clarification!

- Will I receive a tracking number?

I'm not sure... I'm planning on using USPS, so I'll double check & get back on this. 

 

☆ ABOUT SHIPPING

- When are items sent out?

Except for things on pre-order, if I have items in stock I will be shipping them out as soon as I can!

- How are items shipped?

Items are shipped in no-bend envelopes, and are packed per individual order with thought and care.

☆ SOMETHING WENT WRONG...

- My charms have scratches on them.

I've heard that this can usually just be a protective sticker on them. Apparently it's kind of hard to see, but it's on both sides, so please try removing it!

- An item was damaged in transit.

Accidents can happen. Please provide photos so I can improve the packaging on future orders.

Depending on the kind of damage, I can offer a partial refund, discount on future orders, or send a new replacement item!

- An item is missing from my order

If an item is missing from your order at delivery, let me know and I'll see what I can do!

I don't accept returns or exchanges.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
